I finally went for a long walk w my puppy!! Hopefully I will keep it up! Since I cant go to the gym bc I messed up my back in a car accident thats about all I can do is walk around. I also learned some new stretches in physical therapy today!! Hopefully I can get in the eating healthy mood

yay!! you inspired me too...i just got back from a walk with my puppy as well!! walking is still good exercise...sorry about your back...hope you have a speedy recovery

thanks!! its been about 8 months since the accident so its prob always gunna be messed up I went for epidoral injections a couple months ago n the next step is surgury but im not ready for that yet.
