I finally found someone who showed us a house last night, that we are still thinking about and who has 4-5 houses lined up for us to see on Sun. I am so happy right now, hopefully she will continue to be this good. She came recommended from friends and they loved her. Wish me luck.

I agree, it definately makes all the difference, will our real estate agent - this deal with selling our co-op and buying a house in the same time frame - she made it happen for sure! Good Luck!
