I've decided to use a lot of my 'alone time' to do a few do it yourself projects. Here are my WE DO letters for our sweetheart table. My father just has to attach small brackets in the back so that they can stand alone. They are white and light green. (the pics make them look cream colored).
My next project will be to attempt to make 'Azoodie's' photo cube for the gift cards. (see 05 board for details).

I haven't even attempted to make it yet, but it would be at a table near us (since that is where the envelopes will be placed into).

Ok, for those that are interested in the photocube instructions here is the link.
The letters look great. I just bought mine at Michael's the other day but I have to paint them still. I've been trying to figure out how to make them stand up. Do you know how your father is going to make the brackets?

He bought these L shaped small metal bracekts at home depot and will put them on with small finishing nails. If you like, I'll FM you a pic of the back of a letter when he finally does it.

I used paint that I bought at the craft store (several coats) and once it was dry I sprayed a glaze over them to make them shiny.
