So - Does that make me a bad bride - She really has been getting on my nerves - She tells me I am being selfish that I just made an appointment to look at dresses without consulting with her first - and then precedes to tell me that I live in my own world and that everyone arounds me that I associate with just rents space - *** - Get real - I am very far from being wrapped up in my own worlld - It definetly too much to get into BUT let me just tell you - If I was wrapped up in my own world I wouldnt do half of what I do for my family or for other people - I am probably the least selfish person I know......
Sorry to vent - I am just so aggrivated right now...
I thought planning a wedding was supposed to be fun - Where is the fun in this......

I am sorry you are going through this. Sounds unpleasant and this should be a special time for you and your FI. I hope the planning gets better as time goes on. Just remember, your engagement and wedding is about you and your FI to celebrate.
I don't think it makes you a bad bride. Actually I think it must have taken some courage on your part. And you are doing what is best for you, which is what you should be doing.

maybe she is jealous? Sounds like she is a good friend since you chose her as MOH....I suggest giving yourself a few days to chill and then call her and explain calmly how you feel. If she really isnt that good of friend then forget it. Nevertheless, it is your wedding and you can do things the way you want... JUst dont get too aggravated.

I totally agree with where you are coming from. It is really unfair the way some people in a bridal party can act. I have had a few issues with my MOH which is a little hard becuase she is my cousin. She was telling me what kind of dress SHE wanted me to wear, bla bla bla. I told her this is my day and to back off.

That stinks! Thank God my MOH is my sister. I can't see her annoying me or trying to push me around with things.
