Can I ask exactly what is a chocolate fountain? How is it used and do you put it out on a seperate table or is it part of a dessert table?

I'm already married just curious about anything chocolate lol

It is $395 for the fountain and $85 for traveling. And my reception hall is charging me $2.95 per person for the fruit and such.
