I was watching QVC a few weeks ago while I was stuck in the house becuase I had contractors over, and watched a whole demo on the book The Diner Doctor by Anne Byrn. I just got it the other day, and it is fantastic, the receipes are easy and it tells u how to 'doctor' up things that make a fast 'home made meal' . There are receipes for slow cooker, comfort foods. desserts, etc. I highly recomend this book. She also makes abook for cake mixes and how to'doctor' them up.

Princess, I've seen her on TV. She's great. Do you have any recipe from the cookbook you'd like to share? Need to get out of the 'same ole' rut for dinner. Thanks.

I found a 'Cooking For Two' cookbook!!! It's by Better Homes and Gardens. You can find it online or at Bed Bath & Beyond. I bouhgt one as an e-gift for my sister and her FI, and bought one for myself!! Great recipes, and convenient.
