So I got engaged in May and have set my date for June 19th next year. So far I've sent out save the dates, which I did by myself, that I think came out great...i'll post a pic for anyone who's interested. I also have the hall and floral designer booked. I guess we're off to a good start, becasue I already ordered my dress which i absolutely love. I've looked at countless designs but really fell in love with this one in particular...
HOWEVER, I feel like its early. what do you girls think?

Welcome to the site!! It's never too early to get your dress! I bought mine in March and it still hasn't come in yet...plus I still have to have it altered. So I'm glad I got mine so early.

ITA!!!! its gorgeous btw You only have 10 months left, it usually takes a few months for your gown to come in so I would def order it if you love it!

Welcome and congrats on finding a dress. No, it's definitely not too early. You will always be able to adjust alterations closer to your date if you need to. If you love it, get it.

I'd say if you're 100% sure that's THE dress then go ahead and order it!!!
However if you're a little on the fence I'd say hold off and shop some more...this is what I did and I'm SO glad because I found something perfect for me.

its definitely not too early to order a dress. i ordered mine a year in advance. i rather it be waiting at the store for me then have to rush order it.

First let me say your dress is amazing...
I dont think its to early at all. If you feel in love with the dress you would be hurt if you went back to order it later in the year and it was no longer available.

first off congrats secondly, the dress was the FIRST thing I did. before the hall before even having an official date. :)
