So I got engaged in May and have set my date for June 19th next year. So far I've sent out save the dates, which I did by myself, that I think came out great...i'll post a pic for anyone who's interested. I also have the hall and floral designer booked. I guess we're off to a good start, becasue I already ordered my dress which i absolutely love. I've looked at countless designs but really fell in love with this one in particular...
HOWEVER, I feel like its early. what do you girls think?

Love the dress! So pretty - and if you feel like it's the one, then go for it. I also ordered my dress from POB and I ordered mine in mid March for my end of May wedding next yr - so it's never too early!

and its not too early, if anything its perfect timing. designer dresses take about 9 months to come in.

it's never too early for your dress! I ordered mine in June and my wedding is in November. Just stop looking at other gowns or you'll keep second guessing yourself (I know easier said than done).

Absolutely not too early. I am getting married in May 2010, and ordered my dress in Oct. 2008! It came in a few months ago, and guess what? They ordered the wrong dress. Thankfully, since I have so much time they are able to fix it without a problem. Trust me, your wedding dress is the one thing you really want to have right!

I looooooove the dress... I've seen that one in magazines, always thought it was gorgeous! I haven't started looking at dresses yet (actually going today for the first time), I am afraid of the same thing, falling in love with something right away then finding something else! But if your heart is telling you this is 'THE ONE' then go for it!

nto early at alll!!!!! My wedding is in May and the lady told me that I was pushing it. Its going to come in in March....only 2 months to alter. She said it would be fine thou.

I ordered my gown in July-13 months before my wedding. Designer gowns tend to take longer to come in anyway....The dress is stunning!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE! I already did order it a couple weeks ago, but I just needed the added assurance because I didn't go shopping with my bridesmaids, only my mom...so there wasn't as much oooohs and ahhhs as there would've been with them there. Yes I love it, it's mine! Thanks again
