something new, i really hate a job where you sit behind the desk 9-5 and just do the same thing day in and day out and just dont like the whole corporate world. I prefer something more creative. I am in the works of something new but don't want to post now to jinx it lol

I worked at a job I wasnt happy at for SIX years so I know how it can drain you and effect the other aspects of your life.

Congrats on taking that step!!

i would never have the guts to do that right before my wedding (i need $$ coming in)

i want a new and fun job too.

yeah fh used to always say how it makes me miserable lol and it really does after a while. Thats how i even hurt my foot bc i was always running my whole commute, and its hard being that far from home in case of emergencies, like that day i had to wait for FH to come pick me up and i told him not even to bother coming to NJ bc i would have to probably wait an extra 30mins to an hour so to meet me at WTC and that was the most painful part was when i was trying to get there.

Aww, I know how hard it is to give notice at work, even if it's a place you're unhappy at and have been planning to leave for a long time. Good for you for making the better decision and not the easier one! Congrats on this new stage of your life, and GOOD LUCK!

well i worked out it so that i would still get all the money i would've regardless before my wedding. See i have to pay everything by may 7th, so even if i didnt quit it would be the same thing. Infact bc i did quit i will get my paycheck the end of april which i would've gotten regardless, then i will get another paycheck for whatever i will work in may but when you quit you always get an additional paycheck bc when you first start they hold onto your first paycheck and you dont get paid for like a month so im actually going to get more money now before the wedding. Even if i didnt quit, i would've ONLY gotten my april 30th paycheck and honestly thats all i would've gotten before the wedding bc the next one wouldnt have been until May 15th and everything has to be paid off before that.

yeah i do have ideas hahaha, trying to see now if it will work, and then i'll talk about it lol

thank you so much. Yeah it feels good that once im married ill start a new life and won't go back to something i am not happy with and starting everything new. Its exciting but also a little scary at the same time

yeah when i first mentioned doing this i think some ppl were freaked out lol like wait WHAT ABOUT THE WEDDING!!!! i said i am still going to get the same amount i would've if it stayed, and once i explained and they realized it was better lol

eh its ok, not as good as i would like it to be with just 25 days until the wedding but hopefully it will get better quick
