So I get home and there's a nice big box waiting for me, and my STDs arrived, only 2 days after shipping, so I was really happy. I figured I could use a pick me up, to say it's been a rough week is an understatement.
So I open them up, and the print quality is very poor. I mean, the picture is clear and all, but it definitely seems like the printer was running out of yellow ink, because it has a very cool blue tinge to it. Not like the real color in my chat pic at all.
So at this point I don't even know. I don't know if it's worth it to contact them to redo the job. I don't want to send them back, go through the hassle, etc. My parents said it was fine, but I'm just not happy with them. This order has been nothing but problems. I've very disappointed. I paid enough for them, you know?
Has anyone had this issue with the print quality of A Giftful Heart before? I heard they were very good for printing, so I'm surprised.

Awwwww Ali I'm sorry you arent happy with your magnets. You should def. call and make them re-print yours. Eventhough its going to be a pain in the butt, def. do them so you can be happy with the final product. You dont want to send it out if you really arent happy with them, b/c you'll look back later on and regret it. They should pay for your the shipping or reinburse you bc you shouldnt have to pay if it was their mistake.

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience! Mine took FOREVER to get, and I had to contact them 3 times, but when I did get them they were really nice! Sorry again to hear your final product wasn't what you expected

Im so sorry. I didnt use that company, I went with vistaprint and I loved them! People said bad things about their print quality but I though it was fine! I would contact them...

Mine don't look exactly like the proof they sent - the colors were a little off. But it was close enough that I was ok with it.

I had no issues with them. I actually thought the printed one was even better than what they sent me on e-mail. The quality was amazing.

The only problem that I had wuth them was that it took forver for me to get but, besides that when I got them they were much nicer then the proof they sent me and the quality is really good. I have received a lot of compliments on the quality. I would call back and speak with them. Maybe you're right about the ink being low/ I will have them re print them since you're not happy.

Even though it's a pain in the a$$ to go through the process, I would call them and make them do it over. You paid them money for a service they were unable to provide. You're far out enough from the wedding that you can afford to lose a few weeks' time waiting for them to do it over again. I would definitely call.

Have them reprint them, at cost to them, you have plenty of time to get them out. You shouldn't be unhappy with them.

Well, I went on the website, and the return policy said that they do not offer reprints at no cost due to differences in color from proof to final product, because they cannot control the color settings on each individual monitor.
So I sent an email to the designer and copied in the owner/customer service woman and said that this was clearly not a case of a discrepancy between the digital proof with my monitor and the final product, this was an ink level issue, and is there anything at all that can be done about that.
I mean,the freaking things were purple.
So if I get a hard time about it, I'm going to flip. This definitely wasn't a case of my monitor having messed up settings. My proof was exactly as my submitted pictures were. The magnet is blueish. So we'll see what happens...I'm definitely in rare form lately, so I intend to get it rectified.

If they are definitely a weird tint they should reprint those bad boys.... keep on them and stand your ground girl!! For the money these places charge you should not have blue faces!!

Someone else on here said that something was wrong with thiers and that giftful heart sent them out new ones right away. So call them.
