I have been wanting to do this for quite some time and just got a recommendation from one of our fellow brides on Friday (Thanks Jenn!). I was so nervous to do it because my wedding is in less than a week but I just went for it. I am so glad that I did. They look so natural!
I used Ria from lashtique.com and highly recommend her. Not only did she do a great job but she was so sweet and great to work with. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and totally delivered.
For girls who are thinking of doing this, I say go for it!
BTW, the lashes last an average of 3 weeks and then you can have them touched up.

wow, that is so cool. i have been thinking about doing it ever since i got my eyebrows tatooed, but i'm worried they won't look right because my eyelashes are unruly!

OMG. WAS THIS PAINFULL? i ALWAYS WANTED TO TATTOO EYELINER ON BUT IM SO SCARED. I dont understand how to possibly keep your eye from twitching.

So, I have an appointment with them but my mom called and scared me and said 'what if you have a reaction to the glue before the wedding??'
So, i'm stuck as to what to do!!! Thoughts?

Ria must have advised you to come 2 weeks prior to your wedding. This way if you have any sort of reaction, it has enough time to heal. Then 2 or 3 days before the wedding you go in for a touch up. She told me that it's very rare that her brides have a reaction. But, then again you never know. If you take her advice (I'am) I'm sure you won't have a problem.

I know how you feel... I found out about Ria on Friday and my wedding was only a week away. I figured if I had a reaction it would happen right away and I would have time to get some medicine. I went for it and am glad I did. Ria recommends 1-2 weeks before the wedding.

I have a weird question...are your eyelashes naturally curly? Mine aren't...they COMPLETELY straight and if I don't use an eyelash curler, you can barely see them Just wondering if they would work for me too

Good question. My eyelashes are actually very curly so she used lashes that were a little more on the straight size otherwise they curl up and look ridicuolus. For someone whose lashes aren't curled, I would imagine she would put extensions that were curled. You can't use an eyelash curler when you have the lashes put on. Call Ria and speak with her! She is super sweet.
