I got my Annoucements/ Save the Dates!!! with pics I need help PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got my anoucement/STD's and they came out nice. The envelopes i choose im having a hard time, the lady who printed everyones names and addresses on it, is having a hard time having the ink come out even. Like it starts off one line dark, then the next is lighter then the next is lighter.
she says its the metallic in the envelope but she swears this is the first time this is happened

so i think i want to change envelopes. Originally the envelopes are that silver color, with the purple writing
but the printing looks so shittyy i paid good money for these and they dont look proffessional
she charges 1 dollar for each envelope to addres them. and i think .45 cents for the return address as well. Plus the cost of the envelopes.

SHould i change the envelope to that purple color of the backing and use Silver writing ????
What do you think?

If i change the envelope to purple should i take out that middle pattern paper. I already paid for it. i doubt she will take it back. they arent assembled yet either. what would look better with purple envelopes with a silver seal

Right now i have silver envelopes with a purple seal, but her printer is not printing nicely on them.

I love them!!! Has she tried printing them on a different printer? Maybe it's her printer.

she swears its not her printer. I am trying not to be a bridezilla, i was so nice to her actually. But either i take silver envelopes with crappyy printing or i try to get her to give me purple envelopes, and new seals cause the seals i have are purple and i would need silver then.

Will purple be harder to see the print on though? We tried to print our STD's on red envelopes and it was difficult to see the black ink.

is the silver and purple envelopes the same kind of paper? Cause if it's just a color chang ethenit will do the same thing. Honestly I think it's her printer. cause I have never herd of it starting out ok then getting lighter unless she might need to change her ink.

i would do purple with silver ink on the envelopes, that is my only choice either that or have silver envelopes with faded printing ugh why me.

If you are not happy with the envelopes she should do them over again. I had a little problem with our save the dates. They forgot to add 30 to the September and no questions asked they reprinted my September Save the date calendar with all thirty days. I also had a problem with the engagement annoucement. The people we worked with took care of it no problems what so ever. I hope that I helped you out.

well just found out, they do not make purple envelopes, i am really going to cry, FH says just get white envelopes, but i wanted it all to match.
this is horrific
