I had posted something last week about BB&B charging me $10 for exchanging my toasting flutes and cake serving set because the old ones discontinued and I didn't have my original print out of my registry (which no one told me to keep anyway). Well anyway I went back there today and complained they gave me my money back and even apologized and wanted to know who helped me in the first placed because they were wrong!!

yup and I really lucked out because I always wanted an electric tea kettle but could never justify spending $50 on them but they were on clearance for $20 at BB&B and then for some reason there was another $6 off at the register AND I had a coupon so I got my $50 electric tea kettle for $11!! Fh is going to be so proud. If the girl had never screwed up, I would have never went back and then I would have never gotten my nifty electric tea kettle.
