i got such a bad headache

myhead hurts so bad now i have a really bad headache it must be a migraine or something.i will be on @ 4 pm .

Did you have any caffeine today, that sometimes helps!

thanks everyone its just sitting on top of my head now i am drinking my coffee now so maybe it will so way soon. i might just take three tylenols to make it go away.

I have a bad one too, but I think mine is from my tooth. I desperately need a wisdom tooth pulled but I have to suffer with this pain til I get my first paycheck next week!!

take lots of motrin and put a cold compress/washcloth on your head! ALSO Menthol ( like vicks vaop rub) by your nose, on your pulse points helps open up the capilieres in your head( cannot spell!)

i am going to take three tylenols now i didn't take them earlier i still have it a little maybe if i drink lots more of caffiene i will feel better. dam migraines!!!
