I had a bad experience with Advantage Bridal... LONG.

I had a bad experience with Advantage Bridal... LONG.

I ordered 5 'will you be me BM?' cards and one Maid of Honor card.

They sent me a Matron of Honor card instead and would not give me a refund nor try to help me find a suitable replacement.

I sent an email to cust svc, she read it (return receipt was on) and didn't reply.

I wrote another one saying 'I know someone named Christina read my email, please respond.'

She finally replied, they were out of stock on the Maid of Honor cards so I said 'can you suggest something in a similar price range? Otherwise, please refund my money.'

Again she read it, again no response.

I sent another one, again she read it, nothing.

So I called Amex and they refunded my money.

My final email to them was this:

'Never mind, Amex gave me my money back. And I'll be sure to pass on my experience.

Thanks for nothing.

Jennifer'

Verbatim.

It was a small amount of money but it was the PRINCIPLE. Just wanted to pass this along to you...

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience, that is SO frustrating!! They would of saved so much time and effort if they just refunded it to you themselves instead of you having to deal with Amex.
