Ok, so I leave work last night and I am driving to my moms on Northern Blvd. I'm about a car length and 1/2 away from the guy in front of me (I am notorious for hitting people from behind and I am now learning my lesson to not drive so freakin close AND I ALWAYS ADMIT WHEN I AM AT FAULT). Out of my passenger window, I see a guy in a black Jetta pull up next to me. He speeds up and starts to move over. As he starts to move over, I beep because he is going to hit me (there wasn't enough room for him to get in. So I am leaning on my horn as I begin to slow down. The @sshole gets mad that I beep, SLAMS on his brakes and I NAIL the douchebag. We pull over, I call 911 and tell the lady to get a cop here ASAP or I'm going to hurt the other driver. The cop gets there, the guy LIES to him about what happened. He says that the car in front of him slowed down so he slowed down. I then said to the cop in my detective voice. if he 'slowed down, how come there are SKID marks on the pavement, he intentionally jammed his brakes and he wanted me to hit him.' The cop told me to get back in my car because I was 'too excited'. Ya damn right I am excited... ok, anyway, the cop then comes back to my window and says, 'there is less than $1000 of damage to each car. I recommend that you just pay for his damage and not go through insurance. My exact response was, 'I am not paying that @sshole a f*cking penny for his careless and reckless driving.' The cop said, well, no matter what happened, it's your fault you hit him from behind. Then, my emototions took over, I got out of the car, went by the back of his car, called my mom near his OPEN window and proceeded to tell her what happened and then ended the call saying very loudly, 'IT'S OK MA, GOD IS WATCHING AND KARMA IS A *****.' the guy turned around and looked at me and rolled his eyes.
The cop gave me back my info first and stayed to talk to the guy, so I left. 3 minutes later the SAME DOUCHEBAG rides up to me, on my @ss, and cuts me off again. I refrained from killing him, but I hope the police report doesn't say where he lives, because I may then take karma into my own hands.
Sorry it's so long... I had to vent.

you should report that ( the second hit ) AND that officer should be FIRED for saying to NOT go through insurance. . . that is the STUPIDEST thing I have ever heard.
yes, i know people do it but for an officer to suggest it is just disgusting and you know what? if that guy goes through his insurance FIRST you could be considered a hit and run! ( of course there is a police report so it would be cleared up in the end but STILL! )
please be careful, i know we all have tempers but there are too many crazy people in the world to let them get the best of us
glad you are okay
Thanks. it was that i was dealing with two cocky, arrogant men and no one would listen to me. It was so frustrating.
I HATE that.
I told off 2 cops b4 and i didn't give a hoot. im like im a lady but i got bigger balls then the 2 of u...lol i got a ticket- but then after i get a letter that those tickets given were terminated

thanks girls. When i go to pick up the report I think I will mention what the cop said. I think I should call my insurance and let them know what happened.

Actually, now that I think about it, the officer prolly didn't want to write a report, that is why he said not to go through ins. b/c once I said, 'I'm not paying that DB anything' he was like, 'Well, I have to fill out a report, then'

Hmmm....
I wonder if he's posting on cooljettaguys.com right now about this girl who hit him and yelled at him about karma.
And, I also wonder, if he had to look up the word 'karma' when he got home.

He was not the sharpest tool in the shed. He's in his late 20's/early 30's, and he was pushing my buttons. I should have just hit him... it would have ben worth the time in jail. that is how aggrevated I was. Oh, and when I get really mad, I cry, so I was hysterically crying in my car while the cop did the report.

I refrained from killing him, but I hope the police report doesn't say where he lives, because I may then take karma into my own hands.
Do you have any cops in the family? They could carry out your karma for you.....

I'd have choked him with one of two things:
a. His gold chain b. His wife beater
Whichever applied to the situation.

suprisingly enough, he was wearing neither. this took place in old brookville, which is a really rich area. But from the multiple dents on his bumper, I'm assuming he isn't from around there.

Well well...
If 'Uncle' Frankie is of any relation to 'Cousin' Frankie - I have complete faith that it will be taken care of.

You should have slammed on your brakes and let him hit you then....that would be karma.
