I had a break down today

i have been looking for a makeup and hair stylist for weeks. I found one and the trial was great but she has a minimum of 4 people and BM are 80$. I can't ask any one to pay that much. I went to a department store hair salon for a hair and make up trial. The hair was okay but frizzy and the makeup was not me at all. The makeup was to thick and heavy. After 2 hours my hair started to fall apart. I had another hair appt today at hair salon and the hair dresser had me waiting an hour!!! I finally asked her should I wait or reschedule. She asked me to reschedule 4 tomorrow. No thanks!!!! So i went home and
FH says don't worry I still have time, blah,blah,blah.
My dad finally gave me his list after hounding him for 3 months and he says 60 people!! That pushes my guest list 50 over my limit. i cannot afford that. And he hasn't mentioned any money talk.
My mom made me add 3 girls as my BM b/c my side is less then FH's side. Now I regret it b/c I can't find the girls dresses. I found my BM dresses at JC Penny for 59$. My friends mom took forever to call me back and now I can't find dresses for the girls. FH said to drop them and stress over things that are important. And I agree.

In the end FH cheered me up and now I am smiling Well maybe not until I get a hair and makeup stylist.

oh boy... that's a bit much all at once...

Several brides on this site went through hair dresser / make-up artist trauma.... it can be really rough, but you will find someone....

Did you consider going to your normal hair salon? Maybe your regular hairdresser could also do you hair.... At least that person gives decent hair cuts!

As for BM and guest thing... almost everyone is going through 'negotiations' with their families. It's amazing how pushy they get about inviting people to a party they're not paying for!!!!

I promise, somehow things will work out... they always do....
