I had my bachelorette pary weekend ...

We just got back last night - it was a blast. We went to Montreal this weekend - it only took 5 hours by car! My girls treated me to the weekend plus a massage and facial. We all got them, plus hung out in the whirlpool and relaxed. We had dinner each night and just had plain clean fun - no strip bars or clubs. I had a great time. We did some shopping and I got some honeymoon clothes at a great price - the exchange rate is in our favor!
The weather was cold - but much better than here - I heard it rained all day Saturday here !

My guy had his at a strip club this weekend. It is so funny the difference! But hey, as long as we each had fun!

Less than 5 weeks away!

Just thought I'd share my excitement this weekend. Montreal is a great city - if anyone is thinking about a weekend out there!

It sounds like you had a blast. I'm thinking of doing a spa trip for my bachelorette party.

Glad you had such a great time - my FH might be going up there for his bachelor party. I can't believe it only took you 5 hrs to get there - did you go 90 mph the whole way?!
I always thought it was around 8 or 9 hrs.

I would LOVE to do the spa thing, but as I'm sure you know, LI spas are so expensive!

Thanks Everyone! It was really a lot of fun and Karen, my maid of honor likes to drive fast - I say she was averaging about 80 miles an hour. But also, the 5 hours was from NJ - I drove to her house - since it is much easier to go from NJ. So technically, from LI - it was more like 6 hours with her heavy foot. But on average, it should be about 7 - 8 hours!
