I had my first WW weight in yesterday........

and I lost 3.2 lbs!

I am so happy with my first week, only 29 more lbs to go!!!

That is such an amazing first week!!! Any tips to share??

I find it super easy to pack my lunch/point everything out the night before and not eat anything else that isn't in my lunch bag.

I lost 2.8 on my weigh in on friday. I weighed myself this morning and lost another 2.4 lbs. I am on cloud nine!!!

that's awesome.......

just 1 thing to keep in mind about weighing yourself at home, sometimes the scales don't match up. that happened to me 1 week - my scale at home said i lost 2 pounds, but the scale at WW said i lost 0.8

Didn't know there was a WW group here... I just WIed today and lost 4.6 lbs my first week! I know that isn't going to be the norm, but it is super encouraging.

Yea a lot of us are on WW, so we have a good support system going!
