I had my work shower last night

I was so suprised!! I was suppose to meet a friend for drinks
after work at a bar near our office, when I got there the
back room of the bar was filled with all my co-workers.
They had an open bar for 3 hours and passed food and a buffet station and a really yummy cake. Everone was so generous. They cleared my registry and gave us a really generous gift card to circuit city. It was so much fun, I didn't want it to end!!! I work with such a great group of people,

Congratulations! I found my coworkers to be amazingly generous also, both with their time and their gifts.

Sadly, some gave us better gifts than some of our wedding guests (and we decided not to invite any coworkers to our wedding). And I know what some of them earn--way less than some of our guests.

It sounds like you work with a similar group. Congrats again!
