I had such a good day yesterday

FH and I took his son out to get some back to school clothes. While we were in the store we wondered over to the baby section. We were looking around and my future stepson said he wanted a brother, I said no your going to have a sister first, then FH chimed in and said don't worry, we'll have both. We will keep trying til we have both. Well I almost started to cry. FH didn't want children at the beginning of our relationship and now he is totally into having them. I was in tears in the store when he said this. So anyway, I just had such a great day, it was such a warm feeling having FH and Futre step son there and discussing our future family together.

When we got home it got even better. FH's son began writing his speech for our wedding. Well, when I read it I started to cry. It was so sweet. It said,
I am very happy for my dad and Jaime. Now I have a stepmom also to look up to if I need help. I also just want to say I love you both.

Short but sweet!!
He is going to be 11 in October. I swear I love this kid to death and can't wait to be his step mom.
