So, not only was it FH's first time at citifield, but the night just kept getting better and better!!!!
First, they called my name as the 'designated driver of the game' -- the whole section I was in cheered for me! I went to the fan assistance booth to get my prize, which was a mets polo shirt! Very cool!
I went to take the elevator back up to the promenade level where our seats are and who gets into the elevator with me but... DARRYL STRAWBERRY!!!!! He was *sooooo* nice and even took a picture with me!
AND the Mets won!!!
All-around, one of the best games to date that I've been to and I'm so happy FH was there with me to share it! He took tons of pics of the stadium and all. I can't wait to see them!

Aww Adrienne, thank you so much!! I really felt so blessed today. I usually do, but today especially! The whole universe was smiling down at me.

i, on the other hand, discovered that i have vertigo. We were sitting three rows from the top, and i puked and got super dizzy and we had to leave in the 2nd inning. lol

I'm still out in Farmingdale at my mom's place but I'm going to drop FH at the airport (he's going back to NC for another few weeks -- the next time he comes back to NY and the next time I see him again will be 2 days before the wedding!!!) then head back to Brooklyn. When I get home I'll definitely load up the pic of me and Darryl!
