the place cards that i ordered! i really dont like the ones from fox hollow so i found others that looked great on the website and now i HATE them!! they werent that much, but now i have to order new ones
i ordered them from paperdirect. com they look SOOO much nicer on here than in person

thats why its so hard to order paper items online without seeing them in person first. did they have a sample option where they would just mail you that? i made sure to get all samples first for my invite paper before i bought everything.

i know this sounds crazy, but check staples....I was there a few weeks ago and they had a really great selection......another option is to get a stanp from Michaels and make your own border....its a little more labor intensive but at least its more hands-on so you get exactly what you want....you could DEFINATELY get a snowflake stamp and get a deckle edge scissor and make something cute......
Have you thought about maybe wrapping a big foam board in metallic opague material and pinning the placecards onto there....maybe get a similar effect

i have great snowflake place card holders so i have that part covered i just need the cards
from the website they look pretty...are they really that bad?? maybe you can spruse them up by adding little snowflakes to each corner and once you print the names on them that may make them look pretty....
if there is really no help to what you ordered...sell them on ebay and try michaels for new ones...or staples...
