So true. I ordered my bridal shoes from piperlime and I won't get my order confirmation for another 4 hours which suck cause I ordered the wrong size and can't make corrections until I receive my email confirmation.

If you going to offer programs and deals online, the company should expect more than 4 people to be on at the same time and NOT have the website crash
