So I am going to be traveling and I decide to do the responsible thing by calling up bank of america to let them know I am going to be traveling. They decide that, in order to reward my responsibility, to put a HOLD on my card so I can't even use it until I go into a bank branch! So now I have to leave my office, find a stupid branch, and take care of this. Apparently i 'failed' the security questions ('do I have any automatic payments' and 'do I have overdraft protection' -- well, I know I do neither!). I am seriously fuming right now. The person also REFUSED to transfer me to another rep or his manager.

BOA *****! i cancelled my account with them. They then decided to hit me up for $400 in some ******** fees and send it to a collection agency, i couldnt even fight it. the final 200$ come out of my bank account this friday. im NOT happy about it. i actually really need the money
