They have to be the WORST store for customer service, ordering etc.
I don't get it. The ones in Yonkers, Syracuse Albany are great!! They actually call people, keep appts and give discounts!

Theres a new one by the smithhaven mall.. In lake Grove ... I went to that one to no one care to much to help me or to answer my wuestion.. I only went to the new one for a min but it seems nicer for the 5 mins i was there ..

Don't I know it. I've been in there a few times for myself and other friends and I have never gone into the one in Westbury where there wasn't a bride crying about alterations, etc.

sorry to hear this .. i got my dress in the one in westbury and they were all great .. they said my dress would be in in 4-6 weeks and when i tell you i think it was in in like 2 weeks .. again sorry but i guess everyone has there moments .. i went to Princess Bridal in Farmingdale and i hated the sales woman .. she basically was telling me i was a 'big' girl .. totally wasn't cool ..

They messed up the order for my friend's BM dresses in 2004 and were just rude to me when i went looking there once...and it was a Wed afternoon...not even like they were busy..

It's so weird because it seems like everyone has either had a great experience with them (which I did), or a horrible experience...so strange, could it be the difference between weekdays and weekend service??

I couldn't agree with you more. They made me make an appt for my BM's to try on dresses, and when I got there, there was NO ONE AT ALL to help us, they made us wait 25 minutes etc. So, after that ordeal, my @$$ decided H*ll NO!! NEVER will I step foot in that place again.

Sorry to hear that, because I had a great experience so far. Which locations did you go to?
David's Bridal in Westbury is not so great. I did get my wedding dress there though, and everything came in earlier than I thought it would...But the store in Lake Grove is MUCH better!!

I've never heard anyone having good experiences with them. I'm happy to say I'm not using them for anything. Even their tuxedo place gets aweful reviews. They were really rude to me and my other friends when we went in their for one of my BM's wedding several months ago.

They are the worst in Westbury. I walked out of there and left a gown in the fitting room. The girl was helping me and left to help BM that just walked in and I had an appointment. Hello am I the bride!!!

Try the Lake Grove store. They are so helpful in there. If you do go I would go during the week or at night.

i hear that alot...maybe try the new 1 in Lake Grove?!? i only used them 1 time 2 yrs ago and had no issues...but we ended up ordring them in NJ bc they had all the sizes in stock there
