They have to be the WORST store for customer service, ordering etc.
I don't get it. The ones in Yonkers, Syracuse Albany are great!! They actually call people, keep appts and give discounts!

Now Im all nervous! I ordered my dress, veil, tiara and shoes from the one in Westbury. I heard that the tux place next to it was really horrible. I actually called them to make an appointment to buy my gown and they had me on hold for 9 minutes! I was fuming waiting for that long. I hung up, called back, and they hung up on me. I called back again and gave them a huge attitude. I love the dress and the only reason I dealt with the rudeness on the phone was bc I loved my dress so much. When I was there trying them on and with my bridesmaids I had no problems. At the store, in person, everyone was nice.
I'm thinking I should go to another location for fittings though

I heard the same thing from a few other brides. I brought my dress in the one in Yonkers and they called me to make sure that I am coming in for my appt and there were people there to help me. I couldnt be more happy! I am going to be going back soon to order my BM's dresses. I am sooo sorry you had such a horrible experience with the one in westbury...def. go somewhere else.
