fh and i got the dish for his parents for christmas. we ordered it a week ago and we were told that installation would be on the 24th. (perfect! just in time for christmas) well, fh just got a call now telling him that they are overbooked and cannot do the installation before the 29th. then why tell us that they can do it before christmas!!!!

I had problems with Dish Network in the past and now have Direct TV....much better!!!!
