I hate flowers

Hey ladies,

I am starting to price out flowers and I am finding it really annoying as I'd rather spend this money on so many different things like a food truck ! Anyway I was trying to think of ways to keep my costs down and thought perhaps using lanterns. Any ideas of where i find lanterns at a reasonable price.

Save on crafts is great, Ikea may be cheaper (if you go in person) if you factor in shipping costs. Amazon has some too and is a great option if you have prime. If you check out Joanne's or Michael's, make sure you get a coupon from either online or in the paper, I got a paper cutter for my direction cards for 10 bucks less because I checked.

I'm also not doing floral arrangements because flower are expensive normally...and I am getting married on Mother's Day. I didn't even want to price out wedding flowers on that day! So I am making ribbon flowers. My sister is a craft guru, so I raided her stash!

Ikea has really good prices on lanterns. I've been looking online because I want to have lanters with candles placed on the bar at our venue. Also, if you get those michaels coupons and combine that with a sale you can also get a good deal.

Not all flowers are super expensive. We are spending like nothing on flowers. I'm not big into flowers and pretty much told the florist what I wanted to spend per centerpiece and she made it work.
