I hate football!!!

Im so tired of hearing about it...cant wait for the day after Superbowl!

edited to say I'd rather have him watch sports than alot of other things men could do & I like the time to do what I want

Thank god i have a guy who loves cars and planes and hates sports. Rare but they are out there.

FI is out watching football - so I took the opportunity to throw out all the junk food and Xmas stuff and restock the frig with lots of fruits and veggies. He should be thrilled when he gets home

My husband is watching the football game now & I am on the computer.He likes to watch a game once in a while.It doesn't bother me because I know he likes it and I get a chance to do things I want to do.(ex:play on the computer)

I'm glad I'm not the only football widow.

I know some women who love the game, and they make me feel somehow deficient when I tell them how I loathe it and they look at me in horror. One of these women actually said once that she thought a couple wouldn't make it if the guy liked sports and the woman didn't.

As much as we complain about it - I kinda enjoy this alone time - especially since FI moved in!! It gives me a chance to just veg, watch 'chick-flicks' and play on the computer.

We're the opposite. I love to watch football, especially on a cold Sunday afternoon in sweats curled up on the couch. My FI could care less about it.

I HATE football too and luckily FH doesn't like it either. But he does love Hockey (we're watching it right now) and baseball.

Right now I like football, bc we don't live together, but I suspect that this time next year I will be saying the same. By then we will be married and it will be on in the apt.

For the 3 years we dated, he had no interest in football, then once we were engaged, he joined a pool, and not only does he watch it on weekends, but he has to do his 'picks' on Wednesday.
