OMG!!! She's a pill.. I cant imagine anyone being mean to you. You are the sweetest. I dont think you did anything wrong. I do the same thing cause I know that my FBIL doesnt do anything until my FSIL tells him to. So I go straight to her.
Well maybe she will tell him to get off his butt so you will stop emailing her. Either way you get the message across. O crap I should have read first.. Im sorry she upset you that bad. Dont let her get to you shes just Insane and you can reason with insanity.

The good thing is now she probably won't be at your wedding. But...no matter what, it was a little wierd that 'Bob' didn't bother getting his measurments in the first place. Maybe he didn't really want to be in the wedding.

I just read this whole thing. Read part in the afternoon, and didn't see the backing out of the bridal party thing til now. All I have to say is

Okay, honestly, depending on what's going on in her world today I can sort of understand her original reply to you.
Only because an exfriend of FH's used to ask me to tell him to do something, or remind him or something, or cc me on all his emails to him... (i'm not saying you do this to her, and you know that 100% i am on your side in this, and i'll choke a biotch if i have to.)
Perhaps there is someone else in their life that tells her that she treats Bob like a child. Perhaps Bob has told her that she's too involved in his life or that she treats him like a child... whatever it is, I'm sure it had nothing to do with you, and while it doesn't give her a right to treat you the way she did, it does give a possible explanation to why she'd freak out on you for such an innocent email.

As far as Bob backing out of the bridal party goes... that dude is a ****. He obviously isn't as good as a friend as you'd all thought, you are much better off without him in the bridal party.
If it all gets worked out with you guys great, i don't want you to be hurt or upset about this... but if not... don't sweat it. He didn't order the suit, so it's like no money off his back, nothing for you to feel guilty about, and it will alleviate the stress of having to worry about if it'll be wierd the day of your wedding.

Ugh. W T F is up with GROWN ASSS MEN acting like f*cking 10 year olds?!?!?!?!

I spoke to Dave & then we to go lay down....my head was killing me. It really & truly takes a LOT to make me this angry.. I rarely get offended or angry...

He tried calling Bob and naturally, he didn't answer or call back. He completely sees that I did nothing wrong and thinks that they are COMPLETELY screwed up. We both think that there is something wrong in their relationship and they are looking for a scapegoat....

I simply cannot get over the fact that this woman is sooooooooooo insane....there is no other word for it - INSANE!!!!!!!

he never called dave back and now we're in LI for thanksgiving.

Bob & his psycho wife were going away for thanksgiving - but Dave really feels lost on this one. He's been friends with bob for 15 years or so....

I'm at a loss but dave's 100% behind me - knowing i did NOTHING wrong...

I truly appreciate everyone's comments - they really mean the world to me! It just makes me crazy...

Awwww- maybe things need time to blow over a bit. Hopefully he will pick up the phone after a few days.

Here's the whole thing...

One of his BM - let's call him BOB.

Bob has been asked to be measured for his suit probably, let's be safe and call it 25 times. Every single time Dave has spoken to him on the phone (just about 1-2 times a week) - he has reminded him about it.

I have sent probably 6-9 emails asking them to be measured (to all the guys).

Today I called the suit place & found out that he & one other person are still not measured....so I email both guys & copy their wives. This was HER reply:

I'm not Bobs mother. He has his OWN email address and his OWN cell phone to be
contacted at. Bob's an adult and I treat him like one....not like a child.

Apparently, I have hit a nerve & don't understand why or how.

Bob has been reminded about the suit measuring no less than 15 times by Dave. Every single time they are on the phone (and they are typically on the phone weekly), Dave reminds him.

He has been emailed about it no less than 6-7 times.

I apologize for copying you on the email thinking
maybe you could help out and remind him as well. It won't happen again.
