have i ever mentioned that before??!!
i shredded tonight, on level 2 for the first time, after not having done it for a week...OMG it was tough!!! My shoulders are burning!!!!

I did the shred once at bri's since he has the fitness on demand. I thought I was going to DIE the next day.

I kicked my own @ss at the gym today though so I feel your pain!

oh boy, i just got the dvd today and i plan on starting to use it next week. i guess i have my work cut out for me

it just sounds painful. I rather do walk away the pounds and Wii Fit.

I really cant wait for spring so I can start walking before work again.

i got the dvd in the mail yesterday, i plan on starting monday but now i'm worried its gonna kill me

its tough! but its a good pain...you feel like you got a really good work out and its only 20 min!
