honestly, I hate paying them. They're so mean on the phone if you want to defer a payment and I dread even dealing with them. I think I hate all utility companies actually.

Ughh I hate them too. They had the nerve to tell me they they were going to investigate because my usage was so low. Excuse me LIPA that we leave to go to work early in the morning and don't get home till late, because of this we go to bed super early and don't use much electricity!
I think all utility companies are just money hungry!
