I get better and then the weather goes crazy and Im sick again!
I totally need to unstuff my nose. I am in a show on friday and this whole nasal thing while singing is NOT working for me.

I swear I need a t-shirt made with this saying but
GREEN TEA AND VITAMINS!!!
And put honey in your green tea! It'll help your voice.... for your nose, try some clartin, and a couple drops of peppermint oil in hot water.... put your head over the steam and breathe... it should open up the air ways...
You should also get a neti pot and an air purifier for your bedroom. I have not gotten sick since last year ever since I put the air purifier in my bedroom...
