I hate wedding planning...

Who's with me? I hate all the little detailed things. Just called a hotel to get info on blocking rooms since I need at least the wedding party there for the night before. No one better give me sh*t about it or I'll scream!! And now I'm left with the question if I should go back to my invite person to put an accomodation card in my invite ... Which will prob make the cost to send my invite go up and there making the stamps I already bought useless...

i understand i get so stressed out over the little things, i feel like you need to quit your job to plan lol

Oh no! That sounds terrible but I would include the card if you make the room block.. otherwise nobody will know about it...

I dont have too many OOTers... all the ones i know are coming would be staying with family (they seem to think my wedding is a reunion for them) LOL

so i wasnt going to even block rooms to begin with but my DOC brought up how it would be best to have everyone in the wp stay in a hotel the night before since we have to be up at the butt crack of dawn

i hate it too! I just want to attend the wedding from here on out! I hate planning.

I am sooo ready for the wedding to be here already!

It's funny as the time gets closer, I have been less and less attentive to the wedding planning! For example, I still don't have a FG dress for my sister.. I definitely need to get myself motivated and get back on the ball!

oh yeah... totally feel ya... i still dont have my bm dresses ordered... thank god i finally found soemthing i liked though... like the honeymoon seriously cannot come any sooner

I'm 100% done with dealing with wedding crud! I'm soooo DONE! I'm hating it the past few weeks myself. From people to being shady - hiding things from me... I'm just beyond done. I want April to be here already and I'm NEVER planning a big party again. lol.

The little details hurt!!! I hate it.. I've called about 5 hotels and nobody can really give a precise anwser.. I hate the small details..

I'm traveling to NY next week with FH to get soooooo much done in a matter of 5 days.. Idk what to do anymore..

I know it's really stressful thinking about all of these little details but it will so pay off in the end!

Also, what kind of stamps did you get? Did you weigh them and then get like...a print off stamp or did you just get stamps that total up to equal what the shipping cost is? If that's the case, chances are one little piece of paper won't matter. And if you're really worried, just put the accomodation cards in people's envelopes that you think will need a room.

Some days it gets to be a lot. On those days,,, take a breather and do something nice for you and FH... it could just be a cup of coffee together or a walk.. with NO wedding talk!! It will really remind you of your love of FH and why you want to get married and then you will be back to the 'craziness'!!

i just called for transportation for our guests from the RH to the hotel....HOLY CRAP! there goes another 1000 out the window...im thinking of asking FILs if they can pay for that

Im sorry you are feeling like that. I get in my moods too.... one day Im like all about planning- and the next, Im just exhausted from it all and all of the money going into it.

As for the hotel info, you should def. include it or a lot of people might not know about it and people do forget. Do you have a wedding website? Maybe you can include the info on there.

Also, I booked at the Hilton Garden and they provided me with pretty cards to put in my invites, so I decided not to opt for the extra card through Tessa. I am only going to put the cards in invites of those people who are OOT and I will do word of mouth for my friends that live local (b/c the hotel only gave me a certain amount of cards).

by the way, i disagree with ur DOC. ur wedding party doesnt HAVE to stay the night before. Its a great option- but r u planning to meet at the hotel, or a house to take pictures?! if ur BP is from OOT then its a great idea, but if not- keep in mind your BP may not want to.

My BP are almost all from OOT and we r now having a wine and cheese and massage party at the hotel the night before- so for me it makes sense, but we r also getting dressed and taking photos doing har andmakeup at the hotel.If you arent doing that, you may not want to make ur wedding party spend more money. Keep that in mind
