Who's with me? I hate all the little detailed things. Just called a hotel to get info on blocking rooms since I need at least the wedding party there for the night before. No one better give me sh*t about it or I'll scream!! And now I'm left with the question if I should go back to my invite person to put an accomodation card in my invite ... Which will prob make the cost to send my invite go up and there making the stamps I already bought useless...

Hey Gina!! miss you ... we should get together soon ... for lunch?? lol anyway I wanted to say that i weighed both my invites with the hotel accommodation cards and without and it was the same postage! so as long as it is not some thick *** card the hotel gives you, you should be fine! And I am definatly with you on hating planning the wedding ... it was all fun at first but this 2 year engagement aggravated me to no end I just want it over already!

by the way, i disagree with ur DOC. ur wedding party doesnt HAVE to stay the night before. Its a great option- but r u planning to meet at the hotel, or a house to take pictures?! if ur BP is from OOT then its a great idea, but if not- keep in mind your BP may not want to.
My BP are almost all from OOT and we r now having a wine and cheese and massage party at the hotel the night before- so for me it makes sense, but we r also getting dressed and taking photos doing har andmakeup at the hotel.If you arent doing that, you may not want to make ur wedding party spend more money. Keep that in mind
mostly everyone in my wedding party is from the westchester/bronx... as for the guys, i dont trust them with timing lol which is why i told them to stay over the night before... i rather just have them there and if i have to bang down their hotel doors, at least its convenient... lol the girls of course need to be up super early so for me to have them at a hotel is a must.... we're talking like getting ready at 5-6am we're also doing photos beforehand and i need everyone ready to go at a certain time .... a hotel for everyone just makes it convenient...

hey deeeeee i miss you!!!! i hate when you disappear... yeah, i decided im not spending money for an additional accomodation card that would be thick and my luck, spill me over into the 3oz category i will def get the slip of paper from the hotel and ill be ghetto and make copies if they dont provide enough LOL desperate funds call for desperate measures

i just called for transportation for our guests from the RH to the hotel....HOLY CRAP! there goes another 1000 out the window...im thinking of asking FILs if they can pay for that
limos/transportation wasnt in our original budget... i figured me n vin would just drive in our car... what the hell is the difference... we're not making a grand entrance... so yeah, im cheap and not spending a crazy additional fee for that that wasnt even planned on .... and who the hell is telling you 1000????

Some days it gets to be a lot. On those days,,, take a breather and do something nice for you and FH... it could just be a cup of coffee together or a walk.. with NO wedding talk!! It will really remind you of your love of FH and why you want to get married and then you will be back to the 'craziness'!!

oh boy kim... thats a seriously hard thing to do lol .... we actually were trying to plan a weekend just to get away bc its def much needed.. as for the wedding, i know it will all work out in the end and it'll all be worth it just sux hittin those potholes along the way

I had the same problem with the accomodation card...it was too much extra to get done so i went to staples and bought the same color card stock and im doing them myself. It's really easy.
