FH wanted one also we even went to look at one... we loved it made an offer n they accepted but then i thought about the mortage and was like omg we will never be able to go out or anything plus we werent engaged yet i didnt know it we would be n we never lived together so i told himm i rather do an apt 1st raise both our credit then get a house.. well it sux now lol i kinda whish we would of just got the house with the way todays market is now.....
