of chewing on the inside of my mouth. I wish I could stop. Am I the only one that does this? Any suggestions on how to stop? I notice I do it most when I am concentrating on something, or deep in thought. (Which I seem to be doing a lot lately)....anyone else with this problem?

Omg....I do it too. My dentist said it needs to heal and I can't use anything that contains alcohol.

I don't know why I started doing this...but it's a bad, bad habit. The dentist just to try and stop and use regular toothpaste.

Alcohol prevents it from healing, so I kind of always have like an open cut!

I do the same thing!! Finally people just yell and tell me to stop cause I look like a moron. And I know i'm doing it too, but I dont stop myself
Oh and I bite my nails like crazy. Its been really bad the last month or so. I'm super stressed and I have like no nails left lol

Same here! My mom used to give me a lil smack! My dentist told me the inside of my lip is RAW. thats how bad it is. Maybe getting braces would help.
