I have a broken heart..

I am so sad. I miscarried again. I had not officially made an announcement, although I did tell a few of you on another post..

I was 6 weeks. The same as last time I miscarried. What could cause me to miscarry both times at exactly 6 weeks??

My Dr. told me we can try again if I miscarry a third time, I can go for testing. Or, I could start testing before trying again?

We don't know what to do. We don't know if both times just happened to be flukes or there is something wrong with me.

This is so horrible.

If anyone can help me on which direction to go. Has anyone ever known of anyone who miscarried so early twice?? What should we do??

Also, what kind of specialist will I need to go to and what will they check for. I am so scared they will find that my Husband and I are incompatible or something....

I am so sorry for your loss and can only imagine the devastation that you must feel. I wish I could offer a reason as to why this has happened to you. One of my friends had several miscarriages before having her first child and now she has 2 children. Happiness can follow tradegy.

I just wanted to say I'm so sorry for your loss .

I would go for testing though before trying a third time. I would need to do that just for piece of mind.

My mom miscarried 2 times before she had my sister and then once before me. It will happen for you Im sure.

I have chills running up my spine right now. I am so sorry for your loss. I don't have any words to make the pain that you are feeling be any less, but I will be praying for you and your husband.

If it were me, I would probably go for testing rather than put myself through the pain of another miscarriage, if god forgid it did happend again.

Please take card of yourself and keep us posted on how you are doing. We are always here to listen and to give many many hugs.

Havent talked to you on here in a long while - so so sorry for your loss.

My thoughts are with you. If it's any consolation I have known several people who miscarried more than once only to carry 2 babies to full term. Dont lose hope.

oh Denise I'm so sorry to hear this. A friend of mine went through the EXACT same thing as you, she kept miscarrying at the same point - i think for her it was 8 weeks. She finally found a doctor that helped her out and discovered that she had something in her blood which made her reject the fetus. She went on fertility drugs and is now pregnant with twins a boy and girl! She felt the same as you until she found the right doctor to help her through it. I wish you the best

My Mom had a miscarriage (actually she had a baby that lived for 3 days) before I was born and then three miscarriages in between me and my brother. Then she gave birth a year after my brother to my sister.

At the time (late 70's) there were not the same options or medications that there are today, so I don't know what route she would have chose if she had a choice. But she didn't stop trying. She was very down, very depressed I remember in the years between my brother and I. And she is still sad about it today. But please know that there is hope. I wish you and your DH all the best.

I am so sorry that you have to go through this again.
If it were me, I would go for testing. Going through this once, let alone twice is heartbreaking.
On a more positive note, I know someone who had 2 miscarriages and went for testing. Her Dr. put her on baby aspirin once a day and she now has 3 kids!
Going for the tests might put your mind at ease- it could be something as simple as baby aspirin that could make a sticky baby.
