The other day my mother called me and said... I am so upset I just ate 1/2 pint of ice cream... and then I told her... Eat the other 1/2 and you will feel better.

i ate a pint of ralphs italian ice yesterday. and the worst part was i wanted to save half of it but i was too lazy to go down stairs to put it in the freezer so i just ate the whole thing haha

LOL!!!!!! don't worry about it: go to the gym once or twice and you'll be back where you started before the ice cream... and BTW, I know that first hand because I ate an entire box of thin mints about two months ago (right during the HEIGHT of girl scout cookie season)... and it was amazing!!!!!!!!

dont worry about it, i am sure most people on here have done that once in a while. I have done it probably 2-3 times. Ben and Jerry's just goes down so easily.

Don't be ashamed! Last Sunday I had 2 helping of my FMIL's lasagne (she's Italian and makes the best!), a large piece of peach pie (from Brieremere Farms) and a few (lost track of how many) choc chip cookies! Sometimes you just have to sin! LOL!!

lol my favorite Vanilla Swiss Almond Haagen Daz. I love it. I had to dig through the bins to find it but I knew the store had more since I bought some last weekend from there. I need to quit but every so often I just have to have it.
