I havent had one in so long and i have this werid craving for one...
how many points is it??? once i see how many points it is, i am sure my craving will go away really fast.
i have had 7 points today and will have a small dinner (a lean cuisine or a smart ones) which will be about 5 - 7 points so i wil be under. if i have a 4 point dessert (smart ones) i'll need 1 point so i can have fruit...
but i am curious as to how many points a hot dog with bun is....

7 points is not bad. but for one little hot dog that seems like a lot.
Lauren do you carry your books with you all the time?? I am always leaving mine at home.
I have my journal but i use a small notebook for it and i write the foods i eat the most in it with there point values.

Rachel: you never had a hotdog from one of those vendors in the city. oh man they are the best part about being a NYer. Those hot dogs with a pretzel. Ahh 2 of my favorite things about NYC.

Yes I do! I have the complete food guide, I actually have the dining out guide too, but that's home... I'm a loser, the other night FH & I went out to eat and I pulled the book out so I could figure out what to order! lol!
No offense Chippa, but I'm with Rachel and the gross remark! lol! whatever satisfies you, go for it!

I have the books too but i never carry them with me. the only time i take out the complete book is when i am in BJ's with brian and we're shopping. I have pulled it out in the supermarket as well. I havent used the dining out guide though.
we got that starter kit so the 2 books came with it.
yup, i love those hotdogs. with a nice warm pretzel. gosh i love NY

chippa, I carry the little guide with me, it fits into my purse... I don't have the big guide either, and use the little one in restaurants. In supermarket, I check the nutrition labels of pretty much everything I buy (check calories, fat, cholesterol and fiber, and sometimes iron/calcium for cereals), FH wonder's why it takes me an hour to shop!!!

LOL...it takes me forever to when i shop. i have to look at everything, analyze the nutrition facts decide if i really want it, etc..
we go to BJ's right after WW (since its in the same building) and we'll be in there for 2 hours.
