I have a ? for FH

FH wants to know how your guys asked their guys to be in the bridal party.

Considering we are girls and we like to do cutesy things he wanted me to ask you guys how your FH's have asked the groomesmen to be in your bridal party.

Did he ask them to dinner or drinks?

Its kinda funny bc FH had no idea how he wanted to do it. We decided that we were all going to go out to dinner. Most of my girls are his guys gfs. So the girls knew FH had planned on asking the boys. Before FH even really asked; both his guys already knew what he was going to say. It was so funny. His guys were so honored!

My FH still has not asked his guys yet ..LOL He knows who he wants he is just nervous in asking them..LOL I just wish he would do it already.

lol...same here until sunday when we set aside wedding planning time and I kinda MADE him finalize it

He hasn't asked any of them yet and since it would be very hard to get all of them to dinner, I think he just plans to ask them individually when he sees them.

ETA: I ordered cute personalized invitations(from Etsy) for all of my girls asking them to be in my bridal party and they had the same idea for the groomsmen. I offered to order them for FH to give to his men and he just said ....'nah'

I gave FH a heads up 2 nights ago that I would be asking my side when I get home in April and he was like ok... and I'm like well you'll probably want to ask them before we move out of the country in July, haha

FH just asked most of them, for my cousins we orderd cards from http://www.greetingcarduniverse.com/ and we gave them to them on Christmas Eve.

sorry...he still hasnt asked them, but i dont think it will be cutsey...hes not that kind of guy LOL he might just go out with them or even tell them in person on a regular day LOL

FH still hasn't asked lol. (Nor have I, we are waiting until a little closer). I actually ordered cards for FH to send to the guys from Etsy. They are masculine and just say - It would mean so much if you were by my side on our big day. Will you be my __? I pasted the link below (we had them made w/ black ties instead of pink and changed the wording )

ETA: The guys will def know they are not really FH's idea LOL but I still think its nice to get a little official card

I've seen in the past what girls have done to ask their bridal party so FH was just wondering how other people ask their gm.

He agreed with you guys and he'll probably just ask them next time he sees them.

Yeah and I'm sure a lot of the guys know already since they've been friends for almost 20 years now but he wants to ask my brother-in-law so he'll probably just ask him when the time comes.
