I have a lot of questions today! Re: Videographer

I have my photog/ videographer for 10 hours. Do they include their set up time in that 10 hours? Or will they get to my parents house early to set up, and the clock starts when they are ready?

Is it better to have them get there earlier, and leave the receptiopn 30 minutes before the end?
Otherwise, I am only leaving 30-45 minutes between the photg arriving and the limo arriving to take us to the church... And I want the whole- Lauren getting ready stuff in there.
Would another 30 minutes even help?

There really wasn't any 'set up' time, they just came in and started taking pictures and filming.
My videographer came around 7am and my photographers came around 7:30am. The hair/makeup people came at 6am.
Both video/photog stayed till the end of the reception - 5:30 pm.
