they are in a portected pdf format ...anyone know how to change it so I can post it on here?

When you open the file, it opens up in Adobe or any other pdf reader? If so, go to properties, and I believe there is a way to 'publish' it to a different type of document.
OR you can do a print screen.....Hit the print screen button when you have the pic up on your desktop, and then go to paint and crop it down :)

When you open the PDF press,
Control + A Control + C
Open Word. Control + V
Right click picture. Go to 'Save As' (save it as a JPEG) Then u should be able to attach it as an image.
