I have a question
I found the thread to be easier to read than the logs, am I the only one who feels this way?

Re: I have a question
I do too, that's why on the thread I said I was confused. I thought I was the only one. I can't check everyone's log, but I do like the idea. I dont know.

Re: I have a question
I agree, there are so many already. Maybe if there's a daily thread instead of personal journals?I know I won't be able to post in everyone's journal all the time but want to give (and get ) encouragement and support to everyone.

Re: I have a question
I agree, but I do like the log idea b/c then I'm making sure I publicly display what I'm eating. However, its a lot easier to chat with one thread. Can we do both?

Re: I have a question
How about copying and pasting your logs in the ww thread ==> its double messaging, but makes it easy to read. And we'll become 'addicted' faster!

Re: I have a question
Ok, if not everyone is doing ww, those that aren't, how do you measure your progress? I am assuming the other majority here besided ww is the carbwatchers, so maybe ignore the points and post the carb grams that you think you've had?Would that make sense. How many carb grams are you supposed to have? I think it would be good for us to know so that we can support you guys properly
For weightwatchers, I think some of us are in the 18-23 pt. range, but many are in the 20-25 or 22-27 pt range.

Re: I have a question
I am not doing WW and I like having my own log. If you do not want to keep a log then don't do it. If you prefer a weekly log on one thread then do that. I think whatever is easiest for you. All the best everyone.

Maybe I will post mine on the main thread - One post per day, at the end to see my progress for the entire day.
