Is anyone else having a ring bearer and if so is he holding the wedding bands for you and fh? I am having a ring bearer and I was told that the ring bearer gets fake rings to put on the pillow and the best man gets the real rings and holds them for the bride and groom. I have no idea if that is true or not can anyone help me on this? Thank you so much ladies for your help.
I am not having one but I do know that he gets fake rings. The best man holds the ring for FH and hands them to him during the ceremony
yes, i too heard rb carries fake rings and bm and i would guess moh, holds the real ones.... im not having a rb so i have no other choice

I'm not having one but from other weddings I've been in, the RB gets fake rings to hold. The BM and MOH hold your rings.
We are getting fake rings for him to hold. The best man said he would feel safeholding the rings for us!

I wasn't even thinking about that. I know that the best man also has the rings.........but it never occurred to me that the ring bearer carries the fake rings. Thanks for posting

our ring bearer is 8 years old. Do you think we should still give him the fake rings or should we allow him to hold the real rings? I know normally the ring bearer gets the fake rings and the best man gets the real rings. I am stuck on this one.
Our RB will be 5 at the time of our wedding and we are giving him fake rings.
