Yesterday I was at work and my cousin told me that her sons first birthday party was april 9th at captain bills in bay shore. I turned to her and said wow I love captain bills that is my favorite. She said yeah i really liked it when I went there so I booked CJ's 1st b-day party there. I turned to my MOM and said did you know she booked captain bills for his b-day and she looked at me and said No but that is nice. STRANGE!!!!! Because our family is very close you can't sneeze without someone knowing. She said the invites were coming this week. HMMMM!!! Then Last night while I was on here we were talking about which mixer we registered for. I couldn't remember so I checked my registry which was the reason for my other post. ALot of items were taken off. So then an hour later after that post it dawned on my that they are setting me up for my bridal shower and now i can't tell anyone. Well except for yous. SOrry so Long but I am a little excited and upset that i figured it out. Now I don't know what to wear. WOOO HOOO !!!!

AH! Good ole detective work! My family was the same way with mine. It was very obvious when they are planning it. I just figure I will keep it to myself and now I get to make sure I look good and my hair is all done, etc!

OK I just talked to my FMIL who said that my FH's aunt imed her to tell her she bought gifts for me already. If the shower is a suprise why would she tell me that??

My be they are trying to give you a curve ball, they might have thought you think you know aabout it and by telling you about the gifts will make you think twice(which it did). Who knows its all like a game anyway. Good luck
