Hang in there....sometimes caffeine helps with ibuprofin.

Advil works well enough (i also take three)

I take three of any pain medication for headaches. *shrug*

I suffer from fequent migraines so I totally feel your pain. I take prescription stuff for the bad ones but believe it or not sometimes Tylenol Extra Strength helps me more than Advil. Feel better

Nothing medicinal works for me (except Imitrex) - go to sleep!
