Ok so we are trying to figure out tips for the RH and in my contract I have the maitre'd fee is $4 pp and there is an 18% service charge as well. Do we not need to tip the maitre'd, bartenders and waitstaff since its covered?

Mines not included but its a 1500 'recommended' tip!
They split it bt the front Maitre D, back of the hosue maitre d...head chef and sous chef.

You don't have to tip the waitstaff bec it's covered, but the maitre d and the bridal attendant get tipped. Usual tip for maitre d is between $3-$5 pp dependent on service.
