I have a tipping question????

Ok so we are trying to figure out tips for the RH and in my contract I have the maitre'd fee is $4 pp and there is an 18% service charge as well. Do we not need to tip the maitre'd, bartenders and waitstaff since its covered?

We were told the service charge was for everyone but the M'd..that was seperate. Though they told us 3-5 pp.

If it is in your contract I think that covers them all. Just double check with your BM
